Reason for Collecting Information of Resellers:

We use the information from resellers who register:

• to open their reseller account with us
• to charge their credit cards against their orders, and
• to ship their orders.

As such, we may be required to share their relevant information with related Government departments (on-demand), their credit card bank and our shipping carrier. We may also be required to share their name and geographic address with credit card authorizers. Resellers who use our drop shipping service and provide us with the recipient’s name and geographical address should know that we are required to share the recipient’s name and address with our shipping carrier to ensure the delivery of their order. We do not contact drop-ship addressees for any other reason whatsoever. We may also use our resellers’ information to support their interaction with our website and to contact them from time to time about other services and products we offer.

Reason for Collecting Information of Manufacturers and Their products:

We use the information of manufacturers with whom we close a deal to market and sell their products in Canada. As such, we require use of their company name, company slogan(s)/descriptions, product names, product slogans/descriptions, and product features and we do that by conspicuously giving full credit/ownership to the relevant manufacturer. We may also use our manufacturers’ information to support their interaction with our website and to contact them from time to time about other services and products we offer.

End-users provide their information with the understanding that we will forward their product interests and contact information to a reseller who has and sells those products, making it easy and convenient for the end-users to buy their required product(s) at competitive retail rates. We may also use our end-users’ information to support their interaction with our website and to contact them from time to time about other services and products we offer.
